Discover your nine energy centers and how they shape your experience.

Understanding Your Centers

Living With Your Centers

Understanding your defined and undefined Centers is key to living your design. Your defined Centers offer consistent energy, while your undefined Centers provide opportunities for wisdom and growth.

Embracing Your Definition

The pattern of definition created by your Centers and Channels forms the foundation of your Type and Authority. By understanding this pattern, you can navigate life in alignment with your authentic design.

Recognizing Conditioning

Your undefined Centers are susceptible to conditioning—patterns of behavior adopted from others that aren't true to your design. By recognizing when you're acting from conditioning rather than your authentic self, you can begin the process of deconditioning.
