We stand behind the quality of our Human Design readings. If you're not completely satisfied with your experience, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You are unsatisfied with the quality or accuracy of your reading
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing your reading
- You received incorrect information due to an error on our part
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription services:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to services until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in cases of:
- Extended service outages or technical problems
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services used beyond the 7-day refund period
- Requests based solely on disagreement with Human Design principles
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after service delivery

Total time from request to refund appearance: 8-13 business days
Payment Processor Information
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our secure payment processor. Refunds will appear on your statement from Paddle or your original payment method provider.
